SHIPPING POLICY

Embroidered Items

  • Processing time: 3-7 business days

  • Each piece is embroidered in-house in small batches

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way

Printed Apparel

  • Processing time: 3-7 business days

  • These items are made-to-order and shipped directly from our printing partner

  • Processing and delivery times may vary slightly during holidays and peak seasons

Shipping Times

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Typically 3-7 business days after processing

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7

Split Shipments

If your order contains a mix of embroidered and printed items, you may receive more than one package. Don't worry, your tracking emails will clearly show what's arriving and when.

Address Issues

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost:

We'll work with you quickly to make it right.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Eighty South Outfitters! We want you to love your order, and we're here to help if something isn't quite right. Because our shop includes both custom embroidered items and made-to-order printed products, our return guidelines vary by item.

GERNAL RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To start a return, please contact us at eightysouthoutfitters@gmail.com with your:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for Return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Embroidered Items

Because embroidered products are made in small batches and often customized, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There is a manufacturing or stitching defect

If the error is on our end, we will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for embroidered items.

Printed Items

Printed apparel are made-to-order by our printing partner. Returns for printed items are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print is incorrect or flawed

  • The wrong item, size, or color was sent.

For these issues, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund.
